Our business is familiar with working alongside Letting agents when it comes to end of tenancy cleans as well as regular cleans as part of a tenancy agreement. We also understand that more often than not property owners are faced with the hassle of deep cleaning and re decorating their properties to get them back into a rentable state. This is where Maid To Shine is able to help, we ensure that our clean allows a swift end of tenancy change over, making the property available for the re- let immediately after the tenant has vacated or come to the end of their tenancy agreement. We can also provide a weekly or monthly clean for rented properties to keep on top of cleaning and avoid having to Deep clean, making tenancy related problems all that less stressful for both client and property owner.

Includes all of the above as well as wiping down walls and getting rid of any scuffs/ marks (where possible), cleaning doors and door handles, cleaning all windows & PVC inside the property, deep appliance cleaning (oven, hob, defrost freezer, extractor fan), dusting ceilings to rid the property of unwanted cobwebs, dust and polishing light fittings/ lamps.

Our Maids have expertise in De cluttering and Organising things in your home, whether that be bagging up years of rubbish and the client disposing of it, to helping a client decide where to put ornament to maximise their use! We provide a range of different sized storage baskets for our clients at a small additional cost if they want them. These are particularly beneficial to use in kitchen cupboards to keep everything separate, organised and easy to find. For this specific service we aim to have the client present so we can establish whether they would like to get rid of certain items that they no longer use, and where they would like things placed in certain rooms of the house. We cover kitchens, lounges, dining area, bathrooms, in suites, airing cupboards (providing they have storage space or shelves) & garages.

Seems to be top of the list for most inconvenient household chores, however nothing is ever inconvenient for us at Maid To Shine. We will happily tackle multiple loads of ironing, if you leave us enough hangers we will even hang your items of clothing up and leave them in a place of your choice (excluding inside wardrobes)

Having a party? Expecting guests. We have got it covered, we know with busy schedules it’s not always possible to keep on top of cleaning your home, which is why we offer a after party clean at any given time! We will use on trend top quality products to ensure your worktops are gleaming, and hobs are smear free, bathrooms are smelling fresh, and bedrooms are immaculate.

Being a student often means an extremely tight schedule, exam overload and doesn’t leave much time to clean. We understand that cleaning student accommodation can be tough, especially when it is shared by other students, we offer cleaning in all communal areas for example bathrooms, kitchens, hallways etc as well as cleaning studio flats and private student Lets.
